Totally recommend for a transient stop
Spacious room, friendly staff, and a nice kitchenette made for a comfortable stay, especially with great access to the bay from the back of the hotel and a convenient location just a couple of blocks from the beach.
All good.

The view from our room was stunning, and we loved the easy access to the beach, just a short walk away. We spent a fantastic day at a dolphin cruise out of Lewes, which was a hit with everyone, including my adult kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
My kids wished the pool area had more shaded spots for hot days.

Had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying the spacious room and the easy access to the pool every afternoon. Soak up the sun on the terrace or chill by the pool – there's plenty of space to relax. Just wish the patio furniture was a bit more comfortable. otherwise, it was a fantastic getaway! 🌞

Perfect for family getaways
The room was very clean and we had ample space for my family of 4, including our little one. We also enjoyed lounging by the quaint area out back, watching the sunset over the bay, just like we used to do in better days when times were easier.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, the memories made were worth it.

The beautiful bay view from the room was a highlight, offering a peaceful backdrop for our family getaway. The pool was a hit with the kids, and the outdoor seating provided a great space to relax and enjoy meals. However, we did encounter a double payment issue at checkout, which took a bit of time to resolve. Additionally, while the room was clean overall, we noticed a minor issue that we didn't report until check-out. Still, the friendly staff made the experience pleasant, and we appreciated the proximity to the beach.

great walks to the beach and parks nearby
We came here with a few friends for Memorial Day weekend and really appreciated how close we were to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, which was just a short stroll away, along with nearby dining spots offering tasty options like Jimmy's Grille. Charles and Gene in the office were super friendly and made our stay extra special with their warm conversations.

I loved chilling at the nearby Starboard for killer brunch and heading to Northbeach Restaurant for fresh seafood. Plus, the bay view from our room was absolutely stunning! The free parking was a sweet bonus too.
The toilet was an oddball—small and quirky, and the shower looked a touch neglected. Nothing major, but for the price, it felt a bit dated for a 'resort' vibe.

Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.
